Cultural resource protection friends:
We’re excited to be recruiting a new position to help educate folks how to preserve and respectfully visit sacred cultural/archaeological sites in the Cedar Mesa area. Partially funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the BLM, this position will be key to protecting cultural sites from impacts caused by uneducated visitation. We are working hard to make sure we get a diverse and talented pool of applicants for this important position.

The National Park Service is seeking applicants for its “New Leaders in Conservation and Community Assistance” Rigorous Internship program. These positions will provide the opportunity to do community assistance work focused on conservation and outdoor recreation, and will help NPS identifying promising candidates for entry into professional
